Police are searching for a 37-year-old woman and her two children after neighbours and relatives reported that they have not been seen for months in Onverwacht in Lephalale, Limpopo.

Phindile Phalatse and her sons, Lebone and Lethabo, aged 12 and seven were last in contact with family members in January this year.

Limpopo police spokesperson Hlulani Mashaba says a relative visited their home last Saturday after neighbours alerted them that they had not seen the three for an extended period.

”Neighbours informed the family that they had last seen the trio around March 2026. Police have opened enquiry dockets, and investigations are under way to establish the whereabouts of the missing persons and the circumstances surrounding their disappearance,” says Mashaba.
