At approximately 6:55 a.m. on October 28, a female suspect gained entry to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Hospital security officers were notified and removed the female from the property.
At approximately 1 p.m., SPS was notified and commenced an investigation. All attempts to identify the female suspect so far have been unsuccessful. The suspect is described as a white female, 30-40 years old, 5’2” tall and heavy build.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white “Essentials Department” on the chest, dirty grey sweatpants, cream-coloured sandals, black socks, and carrying a camouflage jacket (see photo).
Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the SPS non-emergency line at 604-599-0502 and quote file number 25-94777 (SP).
