The 9th Annual Frizz Fest brought a vibrant celebration of natural hair, confidence and creativity to Tower Grove Park.
Despite soaring temperatures, the community showed up in style for an afternoon filled with expressive fashion, live entertainment, local vendors and plenty of Black joy. Produced by Frizzy By Nature, the annual festival has grown into one of the Midwest’s largest celebrations of natural hair and culture.
