Eve Launches Breathe And Believe Wellness Business

Eve is stepping into the wellness space with a new venture that’s anything but your typical gym setup.

The legendary rapper just announced Breathe and Believe, a business designed to give people exactly what they’re craving in 2026: actual peace and quiet without the pretension.

During an appearance on “The Romesh Ranganathan Show,” she broke down what makes this different from every other wellness brand flooding the market right now.

“It’s more wholeness,” Eve explained when describing the concept.

The whole thing centers on curating spaces where people can come for two to two and a half hours of genuine calm, but it’s not about lying around on yoga mats pretending to be zen.

She’s bringing in specialists and panels to help folks learn while they’re decompressing, mixing meditation, sound baths, and Reiki into environments you wouldn’t normally expect to find them.

The spaces themselves are unconventional, which is exactly the point.

What sets Breathe and Believe apart is Eve’s refusal to make wellness feel like a luxury only certain people can access.

“Wellness can feel elitist. It can make you feel bad about yourself,” she said, addressing the elephant in the room that nobody talks about.

She’s been using these modalities her entire life to manage stress and find balance, and people have been asking her to formalize this for years.

Instead of gatekeeping the experience, she’s building something inclusive.

The rapper emphasized that this isn’t about perfection or having your meditation practice completely figured out before you show up.

“Just come figure it out with other people who are trying to figure it out,” she said, which is basically the anti-wellness industry manifesto right there.

She’s also clear that meditation isn’t one-size-fits-all, noting that walking, movement, and staring meditations all count. If sitting still stresses you out, that’s not a personal failure; it’s just not your lane.

The business launch comes as she celebrates the 25th anniversary of her iconic album, Scorpion and prepares for a European tour this fall.
