Very unprofessional experience. She was rude and dismissive anytime I tried explaining the issues I was having with my piercing. Instead of listening, she immediately assumed I did something wrong, talked over me, and became argumentative. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. The work and attitude honestly felt more like someone working from home rather than in a professional shop setting. I would not recommend based on my experience.
