Man charged with dangerous driving after Vancouver multi-vehicle collision

ON Tuesday, shortly before 9 a.m., the Vancouver Police Department responded to several calls reporting a multiple vehicle collision near East 49 Avenue and Elliot Street.
Multiple witnesses reported that a car had crashed into several vehicles. The driver left the scene on foot. Despite substantial vehicular damage, no injuries were reported.
Wayne Tran, 60, was arrested and has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and one count of failing to stop after an accident and give their name and address.
He remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
