In the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Shamea and Angela’s feud continues with more allegations. Plus, Kelli and Porsha have a breakthrough. Here are the highlights for “Kilts, Chaos & Reads.”
Shamea and Angela clash again.
The Scotland trip officially kicks off. While Porsha and Phaedra are walking around with the guide to figure out who to assign each room, the rest of the ladies talk at the table.
Kelli says she doesn’t like to be vulnerable with the rest of the group because she fears they will take what she shares and weaponize it later. Angela says it is interesting to hear Kelli say this because she feels like she’s the least supported. Shamea strongly disagrees and says Drew defends Angela all the time. In response, Drew says they only defend each other when it is absolutely necessary.
Kelli reminds Angela that she did kick out the man who accused Charles of cheating at her event last season. Angela points out that afterward, Kelli accused her of setting up the entire encounter, which never made sense to her. Cynthia agrees and questions why Angela would set up Charles like that on a television show. And Shamea says that it is possible because Angela said, “**** Charles.” Angela denies ever saying this.
Shamea goes on to accuse Angela of contacting two people she knows to get dirt on her. Angela says they both know a married businessman named George. He donated to Shamea’s charity one year. Angela asks Shamea if she slept with George.
Shamea contacts George’s wife.
Angela thinks it’s possible that Shamea slept with George after he donated to her charity. The ladies move on from Angela and Shamea’s latest round of allegations. Cynthia says that it seems like K. Michelle, Pinky, and Kelli take on whatever feud Shamea is involved in. They all strongly disagree. In a confessional, Kelli says she is just being a real friend to Shamea. She isn’t a lapdog.
Shamea later texts George’s wife, Ashley, to tell her about what Angela said. Ashley accuses Angela of contacting her for dirt on Shamea. In response, Angela calls Ashley to ask her what she told Shamea. She tells her that she never said that Ashley told her that Shamea slept with George. In a confessional, Angela says Shamea is mixing up her words to spin the narrative in her favor.
The group discusses being intimate with other women.
The ladies eat and chat after a dramatic arrival in Scotland. Cynthia asks Porsha how things are going with Sway, and Porsha says things are going well. She always saw herself with a husband, but now that she pays her own bills, she is all about who is good to her, no matter the gender.
Pinky shares that she was with a woman for three years and she won’t rule out being with a woman again in the future. In a green screen interview, Phaedra says she was more surprised when she found out Pinky was married to a man.
Drew says she has only been with women in the past to please Ralph but that wasn’t what she wanted. She can’t see herself being in a serious relationship with a woman.
K. Michelle says she was with a woman who eventually tried to fight her and slept with her hair stylist. So she is good on women now.
Kelli says she used to be with women when she was with her husband because that was what he was into, but it made her jealous. It gets awkward after Drew asks Shamea if she kissed Kandi, like Porsha alleged.
Shamea denies kissing Kandi and says she has kissed a woman before.
Shamea brings out the texts.
Angela confronts Shamea for telling her daughter that she was nicer than her mother. In response, Shamea apologizes even though she didn’t intend to be disrespectful. Shamea and Angela get into it again after Shamea brings up the text message conversation she just had with George’s wife, Ashley. Angela says Shamea lied to Ashley because she never said that Ashley told her that Shamea slept with George. Angela herself thinks Shamea may have slept with George.
Kelli and Porsha make peace.
Cynthia, Porsha, Drew, and Phaedra check on Kelli after they see her estranged husband came for her in a new interview. She breaks down and tells them she is tired of fighting. All she wants to do is move forward and focus on her daughters. But it’s been really hard.
They tell Kelli they understand how she feels. Porsha and Drew especially are empathetic since they have been in Kelli’s shoes. Drew is still in court as well, and it hasn’t been easy to deal with Ralph.
Kelli tells Porsha she doesn’t want to fight with her anymore because they can relate to each other since they have both gone through a contentious divorce.
