Embassy condemns recent Russian attacks that killed 25 innocent civilians in Ukraine’s three districts
At least 25 people have been killed and nearly 60 others seriously injured, while many are believed to be still trapped under rubbles of the damaged buildings.

Ukraine is vehemently condemning what is being described as another Russian large-scale attack onto its territory, targeting innocent civilians.
At least 25 people have been killed and nearly 60 others seriously injured, while many are believed to be still trapped under rubbles of the damaged buildings.
According to the Ukraine Embassy in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania, Russia launched a series of other large-scale attacks against Ukraine, on the night of June 2, 2026.
“During the first incident which occurred in Kyiv, a Russian attack killed four people and injured at least 58 others, including three innocent children,” reads a statement from the Ukrainian embassy.
The strikes reportedly damaged a number of residential buildings and civilian infrastructure across several districts of the Ukrainian capital.
The embassy reveals that a nine-storey residential building was hit, causing the partial collapse of its upper floors.
“Emergency services continue to search the rubble as people may still be trapped underneath,” says the embassy in an official release.
In the Dnipro region, seven people were killed and 35 injured from another round of Russian attacks unleashed onto the residential areas of Dnipro and Kamianske.
Among the victims of Kamianske and Dnipro attacks, there were three children as well.
And as it happened during the rescue operations, following the initial strike, Russia launched a second attack that killed one of the personnel conducting rescue operations.
Still, search and rescue operations continue.
In the Kharkiv region, an attack from Russia injured at least 14 people, including a child.
Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were badly damaged in several communities across the region.
Children are increasingly becoming victims.
In the Chernihiv region, for instance, a 15-year-old boy was injured.
Among the damaged facilities are warehouses, a school and private homes.
Ukraine laments that Russia continues to wage war against innocent civilians.
More pressure on the aggressor, stronger sanctions, and more support for Ukraine’s air defense are needed to save lives
