PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, beware of this stylist, "Q," and Do Not go to her salon.
Last week, I went to her for a traditional sew-in and afterwards, my scalp became inflamed and broke out with bumps and actual lumps under my scalp. (Thankfully, I took photos of the inflammation and damage she caused my hair and scalp). It took me and my sister 7 hours to undo my hair and the mess that she had created. I called her to explain the situation and she promised to refund my money on Wednesday, then she immediately blocked my number.Then, I attempted to email her for my refund. She finally responded and wrote back with a filthy attitude, and said "Let it be a lesson learned...I'm not giving you your money back!"
There was no humility and no apology for the damage done.
And she calls herself a pastor, prophet and woman of God. I think NOT... No integrity, no dignity and no morals!
Next step is to report her to the State of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Cosmetology Board.
