John Roberts And Klancestor Supreme Court Justices Should Be Wearing White Hoods Instead
By Colin Benjamin Photos: Wikimedia Commons The United States Supreme Court is a morally bankrupt branch of government that has again given their assistance to undermining the voting power, and self-expression of Black America–while also helping Trump commit murder, if he does so working, supposedly, under the cover of the American Presidency. This is where we are, in 2026 America, with the highest court in the republic. These right-wing partisan conservative justices are nothing more than conniving crooks wearing black robes. Yes, on the Court, we have judicial grifters like Justice Samuel Alito and Black Judas Justice Clarence Thomas doing the work of their billionaire benefactors like Paul Singer and Harlan Crow. But the biggest phony of all is Chief Justice John Roberts. For years, Roberts promoted himself as a fair-minded apolitical jurist, who just calls “balls and strikes,” and follows the textualism of the Constitution. Its all bullshit. Roberts is an absolute fraud. Robert’s is the Klancestor (a term used by Tennessee State Rep. Justin Pearson) of Klan Era Chief Justice Roger B. Taney who famously said, in the Dred Scott Decision, that Black people had “had no rights which the white man was bound to respect.” Roberts is concurring with that sentiment with his racist rulings on the voting rights of Black Americans. Let’s make it plain: Chief Justice Roberts may just as well be wearing Klan robes instead of judicial ones. Before this recent 6-3 voting rights ruling, in the Louisiana v. Callais Case, Roberts had already exposed his lack on integrity in the Presidential Immunity case of 2004, Trump v. United States. In that stunning monumental 6-3 ruling, these six conservatives crackers (behind all their legal gobbledygook mumbo jumbo) told us, basically, that Trump could commit crimes once he frames it as an official presidential act. Brazenly, while agreeing with this abhorrent decision, Roberts still tried to claim no one was above the law. Really Roberts? If this is the case, why is Trump more flagrantly defying judicial decisions that he does not like, even calling for the impeachment of judges who rule against his criminal actions? And why is he murdering innocent fishermen in the Caribbean, and the Pacific, without the benefit of a trial–because he claims they were drug traffickers? Trump pretends to be against drug trafficking but doesn’t care too much about the kind of sex trafficking that we see contained within the Epstein files, of his former fiendish friend. And why did he pardon the former President of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, who was serving a 45-year sentence in the United States for drug trafficking? Convicts of a feather helping one another? Think of it: Donald Trump is murdering people on the high seas, without proof, because he claims they are drug dealers. After killing these people he then defecates on their memory by making accusations that are never brought into any American court. If America’s Supreme Court had an iota of integrity they would be denouncing these obvious crimes occurring upon international waters. What non-white human beings, in the Caribbean, and in the Pacific, don’t deserve any due process? Trump can be judge, jury, executioner, and the Supreme Court, of purported upstanding judges, doesn’t say a damn thing? And these creeps on the Court gifted this damnable decision, on Presidential Immunity, to America’s first convict president–who clearly incited his MAGA terrorists to overthrow the American government, on Jan. 6, 2021. Think about that fact long and hard. And now we see Roberts, again, orchestrating with his GOP partisan partners on the court, strategies to strip more political power from Black America. This is what these Republican Supreme Court judges just did in the 6-3 Louisiana v. Callais decision. This ruling was made to more fully reassert white power against Black Americans. Roberts is now helping Trump, and the Republican gang, rob Black people of their political power by gerrymandering and “cracking” Black districts that are mostly a product of the racist segregated Jim Crow agenda that were pushed, and enforced, by White Americans and their institutions. Immediately after this decision, several Republican states, including Florida, Louisiana and Texas, immediately created new Congressional maps to eviscerate Black political representations. Things are particularly tense in Tennessee where Republicans moved quickly to destroy the only Black political district, which incorporates the City of Memphis. Right-wing judges have also recently overturned the will of Virginia voters who voted to approve redistricting map of Democrats. And, because of the white supremacist Supreme Court of John Roberts, we should expect more red states to concoct similar Congressional maps to weaken Black political power. Weakening Black political power is something America’s white injustice

The United States Supreme Court is a morally bankrupt branch of government that has again given their assistance to undermining the voting power, and self-expression of Black America–while also helping Trump commit murder, if he does so working, supposedly, under the cover of the American Presidency.

Weakening Black political power is something America’s white injustice system has always done. Why do you think we find so many disparities in prosecutions, sentences and imprisonment? The mass incarceration of African Americans is a tactic used to take away our voting rights. White supremacist judges, prosecutors, are more dangerous to the health of Black people than the police who abuse, torture, and kill us.
Some legal organizations, like the Brennan Center, are now calling for the reform of the Supreme Court. But Americans should be really taking a wrecking ball to the Supreme Court as Trump is doing now to the White House to build his billionaire ballroom.
Legal experts like Elie Mystal, of The Nation, is calling for changes like widely expanding the Court. Mystal envisions a court with as many as 29 justices. And why not?
Thinking seriously, we should ask ourselves this question: is a Supreme Court of nine people enough to be a deliberative body to deal with the weighty issues of a country that is almost 350 million people? Moreover, many of these jurists are far removed from the experiences of average Americans. Do we not deserve a court that is more representative of everyday citizens?
One more thing: remember how, for years, we would hear Republicans lecturing us about “activist judges?” Isn’t it interesting we don’t hear that complain anymore, as John Roberts and his Klancestor Supreme Court conspirators make a mockery of the American Constitution?
