The Algerian international was fined $10,000 for failing to appear in the mixed zone following the match against Vissel Kobe.
Ivan Toney and Merih Demiral received the same penalty, while Al Ahli will have to pay $13,000 due to incidents involving fans and certain behaviors observed during the match.
This decision comes as the Saudi club has just won another continental title.
